Disclaimer

Every effort has been made to ensure that the information contained in our prospectuses and on our website is correct at the time of publication. St Bedes Hall will use reasonable endeavours to deliver programmes and other services in accordance with the descriptions provided.

St Bedes Hall, however, reserves the right to make variations to programme contents, fees, entry requirements and methods of delivery, to discontinue or merge or combine programmes, and to make variations to regulations, both before and after a student’s admission to St Bedes Hall, if such action is reasonably considered necessary by St Bedes Hall.

Should industrial action or other circumstances beyond the control of St Bedes Hall occur, and this interferes with St Bedes Hall’s ability to deliver programmes or other services in accordance with the descriptions provided, St Bedes Hall will use all reasonable endeavours to minimise disruption as far as it is practical to do so.

If, after an application for a programme has been accepted, the programme is substantially varied from that described in the prospectus for reasons other than circumstances beyond St Bedes Hall’s reasonable control, St Bedes Hall will use reasonable endeavours to provide a suitable replacement programme. If the student does not wish to accept the replacement programme, the student shall be entitled to withdraw from the programme. In the event of such withdrawal an appropriate refund of tuition fees shall be made in accordance with St Bedes Hall's policy.
